Being is more powerful than Doing or Having. Being an Elder is the key to having wisdom flow into our culture.

Such good points about resisting trying to reframe aging, though I admit I have written about that, and focussing on presence, which I also write about. I agree, becoming an Elder, as opposed to simply getting older, is a journey of awakening. 🙏

In my world, this piece of writing is right on. When we lead by example rather than dictating what we believe to be true, the message is irresistible. when vibrant, wise elders become the norm, that image and wisdom will fold itself into younger minds and hearts.
