Dave, the formula is right, but not complete for Elders. For Elders, it's Be-Do-Have, but as a particular way of being. Elders practice Gandhi's principle: "Be the change you wish to see in the world." That's their daily practice - be an Elder in the world.

Elders have a higher purpose. A purpose that will heal or repair the world in some way. Then they consciously determine who they need to be as Elders to make this kind of impact. So you could say for Elders it is Be-Do-Have-Make a Difference.
