You are an Elder walking. Seeing life as you do changes you in life.

This really resonates with me, although I hadn't articulated the process as "becoming an Elder." Yet it makes perfect sense. I've only noticed that, now, when I am triggered or perceive that I am being prompted to react in some way, I seem to just pause and ask questions like: "Is this about me?," "How am I involved here?," "Does this require action on my part?," and "Can I be of service here?." If the answers are "no," then I just go on about my business.

Thank you for encouraging this reflection.
